LEV Testing

Local Exhaust Ventilation systems (LEV) require testing every 14 months under the current Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH). Good LEV service methods and regular testing ensure that existing LEV systems continue to remove contaminants in the air before people breathe them in, meaning a safer workforce and cleaner environment.

We carry out examination and testing of LEV Systems in line with the HSE Guidelines in respect to COSHH Regulations.

This involves a documented examination in a report format commenting on ‘Fit for Purpose’ or ‘Rectification Required’ and includes visual inspection, smoke test and measurements.
